We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our document automation platform for your business or personal needs, subject to your subscription plan.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Docgin Inc. is registered.
